You can't expcet GoG to spend thousands of hours decompiling binaries (which they probably aren't even allowed to do) and hopefully fix some obscure Gamebryo engine bug. If you want to be mad at someone, direct it at Bethesda. Then there are thousands of technical bugs which cannot be fixed by modders but only by Bethesda.
There are thousands of bugs left in every TES and Fallout games which are fixed by modders.
